What is a Paramedical Services?
An insurance company may require medical information about your applicant. There are Paramedical Services that will have a certified medical professional gathers this information during an exam. Your client will be asked questions in regards to their medical history and will have their blood pressure, pulse, height and weight recorded. On average the exam should be about 45 minutes. The carrier may require additional requirements such as an EKG, urine, blood or saliva sample, which can be performed at the same visit.
If your client requires an exam by a medical doctor the Paramedical service can also set up this appointment with a certified doctor.
